Obviously, I can't run two locations at once, so check the hours section of this site or call to make advanced arrangements to come in or if you are driving by, stop in and try the door. If I am available, I will happily meet with you. And, please accept my apologies if you come by and I am not here. I am often on site meeting a customer or doing an art job, or I just decided to take the day off to paint outdoors somewhere. I will post a sign in the door with my schedule changes, so you can reach me. New this summer 2010 is "Barn Works", an Open Studio event held monthly featuring my work and the work of my students. Check the calendar for dates and times. This fall course titled "the Master's Study" will focus on the designs, styles, and compositions of the Masters. We will examine the different styles of painting and implement those compositions and techniques in our own work. This course is similar to a college art history and practicum and will span the winter although students may sign up week by week or by the entire semester. |
| On another note, my family is my second grandbaby several days after the wedding. I am making a long trip first to Madison, Wisconsin for the wedding and then directly to Santa Monica, California to help my daughter, spoil my first grandchild, Eve Jordan, and help with the second, David Harris Wegner. I mention this because the store will be closed when I am gone (duh) and I want all of you to share in my joy. I will always be available via e-mail and phone and my good neighbor, Rich, will assist you if he can. I will leave on August 14th and return September 13th to begin the fall course "Master's Study". Thank you for all your patience this past year. I look forward to seeing you soon. |
