We keep your decisions on track and the project moving in a timely fashion. We regularly visit the site for quality control and to ensure your home turns out to be what you wanted it to be. We translate architectural lingo into your language in order for you to understand the process. We help avoid errors due to lack of understanding, miscommunication, and architectural discrepancies. We execute the final punch list for you. Project management is an invaluable service since every change order is costly and stressful; the dollars spent correcting mistakes is high; and the time and emotional energy spent on frustrating construction meetings is worth every dollar you will spend on Project Management.
